What is ShotMagic?

Automatic camera direction — every shot framed like someone chose it.

A single fixed crop for a whole clip looks flat. ShotMagic splits your clip into scenes and picks a layout for each one, so the framing changes as the conversation does — cutting to a single speaker, opening out to show two people, or switching to a screen share when one appears.

It's on by default. Every clip Zazu generates already has it applied, so there's nothing to switch on.

Where to find it

1. Sign in and click Projects in the left sidebar.
2. Select the video you want to work on.
3. Pick a clip from that project and click Edit. This opens the built-in editor.
4. In the editor, look at the panel list down the left side. Click ShotMagic — it's the second one, below Script.
