Are my edits saved automatically?

Autosave is on by default — you don't have to remember anything.

Your edits save as you go. Look at the top bar of the editor and you'll see the Autosave toggle switched on, with a Save button next to it if you'd rather save at a specific moment.

Close the tab, come back later, and your clip will be exactly where you left it.
