I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can reset it yourself in about a minute — no need to contact us.

Step 1 — Click Forgot Password
On the login page, click Forgot Password below the sign-in fields.

Step 2 — Enter your email
Type the email address you registered with and click Send Reset Link.

Step 3 — Open the email
Look for the Reset Password email and click the link inside. It usually arrives within a minute.

Step 4 — Set a new password
Enter your new password twice, then click Reset Password.

Step 5 — Sign in
You'll be sent back to the login page. Sign in with your email and new password.

The reset link expires in 1 hour. If it expires, just request a new one — there's no limit on how many you can request.

Didn't receive the email?

• Search your whole mailbox for zazu, including spam, junk, and Gmail's Promotions tab.
• Confirm you entered the email address you registered with, not a newer one.
• Request the link again. Only the most recent link works.
