I'm not receiving the password reset email. What can I do?

It usually arrives within a minute or two. If it hasn't, work through these in order.

1. Search your whole mailbox
Don't just scroll your inbox — type zazu into your email search box. That covers spam, junk, and Gmail's Promotions tab in one go, which is where these emails most often end up.

2. Check the address you entered
It has to be the exact email you registered with. A typo at signup, or an old address you no longer check, means the email is arriving somewhere you can't see it.

3. Request a new link
Go back to Forgot Password and try again. There's no limit on requests.
