How do I remove a team member?

It take a few clicks from the Team page.

Step 1 — Open the Team page
Click Team in the left sidebar.
 

Step 2 — Find the member
Locate them in the list of team members.

Step 3 — Open the menu
Click the three dots next to their name.

Step 4 — Choose what to do

• Deactivate — suspends their access but keeps them on your team. Use this for someone on leave, or when you're not sure yet.
• Remove — takes them off your account entirely.

Either way, they immediately lose access to your content and connected channels.
