Queue a week of content in one sitting — you review the whole plan before anything goes out.
Before you start
Plan my week schedules the clips you already have, to the channels you've already connected. So make sure you've generated some clips under Projects, and connected at least one channel under Integrations.
Step 1 — Open the Scheduler
Click Scheduler in the left sidebar, between Projects and Posts.
Step 2 — Click Plan my week
It's the gold button at the top, next to Create a post.
Step 3 — Choose your channels
Under Post to, tick the accounts you want included. All your connected channels are ticked by default, so untick any you want to skip this time.
Step 4 — Set how far ahead
Pick Next 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. Seven is a good starting point — you'll see how the pacing feels before committing to a month.
Step 5 — Pick your posting days
Select which days of the week to post on. Leave out weekends if your audience isn't around then, or keep them all if you're building momentum.
Step 6 — Set the timing
- Best time for each platform — Zazu picks the slot most likely to perform on each channel. Use this unless you have a reason not to.
- Same time every day — a fixed slot across all platforms, if you'd rather keep it predictable.
