What if my video generation stops or gets stuck?

Give it a few extra minutes first — long videos and busy periods can slow things down without anything being wrong.

If it's still stuck:

1. Refresh the page. Processing continues in the background, so a stalled progress bar often just needs a reload.
2. Check your connection. A drop mid-upload can leave the video half-transferred.
3. Check the format. Zazu supports MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and WebM. Anything else may fail partway through.
4. Re-upload the video. If it's a long one, try a shorter section to see whether length is the issue.
