How do I create a Zazu account?

Your account is created when you purchase a plan — there's no separate signup step, and no Sign Up button to look for.

Step 1 — Choose a plan
Visit Zazu's sales page and scroll to the pricing section, or choose the plan according to you.

Step 2 — Complete your purchase
Click Get Instant Access Now. You'll be taken to a secure checkout page to enter your payment details.

Use an email address you check regularly — this becomes your login, and it's where your credentials are sent.

Step 3 — Check your email
Your login credentials arrive at the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If nothing appears, search your mailbox for zazu and check spam and Gmail's Promotions tab.

Step 4 — Sign in
Go to app.zazu.video and sign in with the credentials from that email.

Didn't receive your credentials? Don't wait — raise a ticket by emailing contact@zazu.video. Include the email address you used at checkout and your transaction ID or payment receipt, and we'll verify your purchase and send your credentials manually.
